Fit Camp

Looking to jumpstart your fitness routine? Is there’s a wedding or class reunion coming up? Or maybe, you’ve reached a plateau and you want to take your workout to the next level. Fit Camp is just want you need!!!!!!

Fit Camp is an intense short-term program for individuals with a specific goal in mind. You may choose from a Weight Loss program, a Strength Training program, or a Balance program, just to name a few. The most important thing is that we will design the program with your goal in mind. Camp sessions may vary from 1/2 day to full day and may be scheduled for up to 2 weeks.

At Fit Camp you can look forward to:

• Mind/body awareness through Pilates Mat and Yoga
• Strength and Cardio Vascular Training
• Walking/hiking on a trail or on the beach
• Nutritional Counseling
• And much, much more

So, whether you’re a weekend warrior, fitness enthusiast, or new to a healthy lifestyle; you will enjoy this unique camp that takes fitness to another level.
