Kerry (Sandhya) DeBay- CYI RYT

Sandhya (Kerry) is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. She is a certified Prem Yoga teacher and has additional training and certification in Restorative & Pre-Natal yoga.

Sandhya has been practicing Yoga since 2001. Her love of Yoga and service to others guided her to complete a 200-hour teacher training course to become a certified Yoga Teacher in 2002 and later a Yoga Center manager for 3 years. Under her tutelage the center was named the "Best Yoga Center in the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast' by online voters of WPBF(ABC) in 2007. Sandhya has also served as a primary assistant in six local 200-hour Yoga teacher training programs recognized by Yoga Alliance. She was also on of the featured yoga teachers at the 4th annual West Palm Beach Yoga Day.

In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, she is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board-Certified, Registered Art Therapist and proud author of "The grief bubble: helping kids understand and explore grief."

Sandhya is committed to the journey of self-awareness, healing and growth. She is dedicated to serving others through her teaching utilizing her training, experience and especially her personal relationship with the path of yoga.

Susie (Devajyoti) Pomeroy, CYI RYT

Susie has been practicing yoga since 2002 decided to continue her practice by attending Prem Yoga and Wellness Center’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program where she earned her Kripalu and PremYoga certification.   She has also been trained in Pilates Mat and Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch.

She was one of the featured yoga teachers at the inaugural West Palm Beach Yoga Day and West Palm Beach Fitness Festival.

Betty Rodriguez- Certified Zumba Intructor, CGEI

Betty Rodriguez discovered Zumba while attending a Miami Fitness Festival some time ago. In May 2006, she attended a two-day Zumba Instructor
Certification Workshop with the originator Beto Perez, in Miami and has been passionate about Zumba ever since.

Betty has continued her training by getting certified in Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba Toning. She has participated at the 07 and 08 MNBC Health
& Fitness Convention, Miami, and most recently at the 50 Million Pound Challenge in West Palm Beach. Betty is currently in training for the Pole Fitness certification. She was the featured Zumba instructor for the West Palm Beach Fitness Festival.

Betty is AFAA Group Fitness certified and also CPR/AED certified.
